About

I'm Nandi, an artist, author, and founder using storytelling to honor culture, nurture imagination, and advocate for change.

My work lives at the intersection of art, identity, and purpose. From vibrant portraiture celebrating the beauty and complexity of Black women, to children’s books that open worlds of wonder and environmental awareness, everything I create carries the same intention: to reflect the radiance of who we are and imagine what more we can become.

As the founder of Toto, I’m building a platform dedicated to African children’s stories, with a focus on climate literacy, cultural pride, and accessibility for underserved communities. With each illustration and each story, I’m shaping not just characters on a page, but a world where every child sees themselves in full color.
